I’ve been making this for a few months now and didn’t realize I never uploaded it. It’s a simple to make burrito that I freeze and throw in the freezer. You can do different variations of this to suit your taste and needs. Make sure to get some hot sauce and/or salsa as well.
Ingredients
Directions
- Grab a large skillet or pan and cook the turkey bacon. Set aside.
- Cook the chicken. Add your favorite spices/seasoning. If you have a bunch of seasoning that you want to get rid of, this is a great way to do it.
- When the chicken is done, turn heat to mid/low and add the turkey bacon back in.
- Add the refried black beans and mix. It will be clumped up but the heat will help mix it in.
- Turn off heat and add the cheese and just mix again.
- Place mixture evenly into tortillas and wrap.

I’m not going to add macros for salsa and hot sauce because it is negligible. The good thing about this recipe is you can experiment with different types of meat and filling. The Xtreme Wellness wraps aren’t a must either. They’re pricier than most tortillas so you do what makes sense for you. But as it is, the protein-to-calorie ratio is really great and this will fill you up.
